Do I need DevOps expertise to use CloudStation?

No! CloudStation is designed for simplicity, allowing you to set up your infrastructure, manage it, and deploy apps with minimal or no DevOps experience required.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, canceling will restrict your access to associated features. Any data stored within your account may also be deleted based on our retention policies.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, signing up for CloudStation is completely free. However, you will need to link a valid payment method before you can deploy any project, use services, or claim the $3.99 free coupon.

Which cloud providers does CloudStation support?

CloudStation partners with Azure, AWS, OVH, GCP, and Hetzner.

If you have your own infrastructure but need help managing it, you can also Bring Your Own Servers (BYOS) from any other cloud provider, including your own private infrastructure. CloudStation allows you to connect your servers for seamless management, automated backups, and secure networking.

Where does CloudStation store my data?

CloudStation stores your account data in the EU, protected by some of the strictest privacy laws in the world.

Your application data is hosted in the region of your choice, based on where you deploy your services. By default, our automated remote backups are stored on the same continent as your service but in a different datacenter to ensure redundancy and disaster recovery.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If you exceed the resource limits of your plan, you will be notified. Depending on your settings, CloudStation may automatically scale your resources (if enabled), or you may need to purchase additional capacity manually.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Any changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Does CloudStation provide technical support?

Yes, CloudStation provides different levels of support depending on your plan:

  • Free Plan: Community support and documentation
  • Pro Plan: Standard support
  • Enterprise Plan: 24/7 dedicated support with priority response times and a dedicated account manager

How does billing work?

CloudStation offers monthly billing for all paid plans. If you use additional resources beyond your plan’s included limits, you will be billed for extra usage based on your actual consumption.

Can I deploy applications from GitHub or Bitbucket?

Yes! CloudStation supports deploying directly from GitHub and Bitbucket for seamless CI/CD integration. You can connect your repositories, automate builds, and deploy applications with ease.

Does CloudStation support multi-region deployments?

Yes, you can deploy your applications in multiple regions to improve latency and redundancy. CloudStation allows you to select your preferred deployment region during setup.
